BAE Systems faced an overwhelming volume of customer enquiries. I led the deployment of an AI chatbot that cut support emails by 83.4%, handling 37,864 interactions with only 477 requiring follow-up. In partnership with Agylia, I assisted the UK’s 6.5 million unpaid carers. Using advanced natural language processing we enabled users to describe care conditions in their own words and receive tailored microlearning resources. Since its launch, it has generated 541 care recipient profiles, significantly improving carers' access to vital support. It also included a live-chat function for set hours and integrated with Salesforce for after-hours support. Within just 14 days of deployment, support tickets dropped by 48%, easing the workload on the customer service team and improving response efficiency. I partnered with BabyCenter to develop a Facebook Messenger chatbot designed to engage modern, mobile-first parents. I worked with The Good Spa Guide to develop a Facebook Messenger chatbot that acted as a 24/7 spa-finding assistant, helping users discover spa options and treatments in real time. Virtual Adoption Assistant

Helping pet adopters find their perfect match with AI.

I worked with Battersea Cats & Dogs to develop an AI-powered adoption assistant, designed to streamline the rehoming process and improve pet adoption rates. The solution provided real-time pet availability, guided users through adoption requirements, and answered common pet care and rehoming queries.  This solution was proactive—alerting users when pets matching their preferences became available, ensuring high engagement and increasing successful adoptions.
